The Experience: A Seasonal Spring Reset

To celebrate the transition into Spring, our workshop was designed around renewal, detoxification, and alignment with the season's natural energy:

  • Breath & Movement: We began by exploring specialised Spring breathing techniques, followed by an energising Spring yoga flow integrated with fluid Qi Gong movements to awaken the body.

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM): Attendees learned about the meridian lines and organ pairs associated with Spring, gaining practical insight into how to support their health during this season of growth.

  • Nourishment: The studio was filled with conversation as we connected over organic herbal teas, fresh detox juices, and a selection of light, wholesome snacks.

  • Deep Rest: We closed the experience with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra guided meditation, leaving everyone feeling completely reset and grounded for the season ahead.

Every guest also walked away with hand made goodie bags carefully made and assembled by our special needs volunteers - so all community was involved in this project.
