Club 21 Yoga
Come and join us for an inspiring yoga session with the wonderful Oxana from liteyoga.co.uk. The mission of Liteyoga is "to empower individuals through inclusive and compassionate yoga, guided by a deep respect for human nature and the wisdom of each individual body".
Attendees will be assisted by 21&Co volunteers, but parents asked to stay on site at the cafe/outside seating.
If your child needs 1-2-1 we will provide staffing. Parents are invited to stay downstairs in the cafe area where a member of 21&Co will be taking tea, coffee and cake orders.
