Elmbridge Mencap Event

In August 2026 Elmbridge Mencap, in collaboration with Autism by Experience in Surrey, hosted a special event on 12 August for children and young adults with ASD.

LiteYoga was running introductory sessions and talks about specially adapted yoga for autistic participants. The main focus was on emotional regulation through breathing and gentle movement, as well as body awareness, alignment, and other supportive techniques which would last lifetime
